The PJ Condos is a mixed-use condominium currently in pre-construction at the corner of Pearl Street and John Street in the Entertainment District of Toronto, Ontario by Pinnacle International with units starting from the $300,000's.
Pinnacle International submitted a rezoning application to the city of Toronto at the start of 2012 proposing a 40 storey mixed-use condominium at the corner of Pearl Street and John Street in downtown Toronto.

The site will border onto Pearl Street, John Street and Adelaide Street West in Toronto between King Street West and Richmond Street West and locatedwest of Yonge Street and east of Spadina Avenue. 283 Adelaide Street West has a Walk Score of 99 out of 100.
